    Cofermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tank on the kins for 14 days, punched down twice daily. Aged on fine lees in stainless steel tank (70%) and neutral barrel (30%).

  • 85% Pinot Noir - Sonoma Coast
    15% Grenache - Amador County

    Pinot Noir underwent native yeast fermentation in two-ton open-top stainless steel fermenters, gently punched down three times daily. Malolactic and aging in primarily neutral barrels. Grenache was a native yeast, carbonic fermentation, 15 days on the skins, pumped over twice a day and aged in neutral puncheon.

  • Vibrant, crunchy red fruits like cherry, strawberry, and cranberry, along with hints of violet, thyme, and black pepper. Light-bodied and best served slightly chilled, the wine is high-energy, focused, and simply delicious.

  • Enjoy it on its own or pair it with grilled vegetables, savory and spicy white meats, particularly for an al fresco dining experience.

  • 50% Grenache - Amador County
    50% Carignan - Contra Costa County

    Grenache was fermented with native yeast, with 15 days on the skins, and pumped over twice a day. The wine underwent malolactic conversion and aged in a completely neutral puncheon. Carignan was a native yeast, 20% whole cluster fermentation in a 5-ton open-top stainless steel tank, punched down three times daily. Aged in 5-year-old 300-liter barrels.

  • A bold, fruit-driven, and spicy red wine with a harmonious balance of freshness and depth. Grenache lends vibrant strawberry, raspberry, and cherry flavors that are layered with darker notes of black cherry, dark currant, and plum from the Carignan.
